Good option if you’re driving.

Room is spacious, bed is comfortable. Easy to access by car and the free car park was pretty easy to find & close to the hotel.

We had an issue with our room light but the staff resolved our issue very quickly.

Breakfast is amazing. Super comfy bed. Polite staff and great location. We really loved the view from our room :)

Wonderful

Buffet breakfast has a wide selection. Free 24-hour laundry facilities. Great location, walking distance to shops. Comfy beds.

Long queue at laundry can't complain considering it's complimentary.

Had a great time in Hualien!

Beds were clean and cimfortable. Has a friendship room where you can gather to have tea but it closes at 10pm. Breakfast was decent. They don't serve meat, more vegetarian but we had eggs for breafast and enough variety for breakfast.

Location and breakfast

The breakfast restaurant is too small so it’s always crowded in the morning. I couldn’t even move around with my plates on my hands. It’s so dangerous and easy to pump into other people. I went at 6:45 and it’s almost full. Unbelievable! I notice there is a meeting room on the same floor. Hotel May consider to move the individual customers or big tour group to the meeting room to allow more comfortable space while having breakfast. The food was great and dining experience in a crowded place was terrible.

Exceptional

Incredible location, quiet with a beautiful view at night and great for people arching from the blacony by day. Lots of of food and shopping in the harbor marketplace, and easy access to transportation including the shuttle boat for only 50 NT per adult. The staff helped organize transport to Yilan following checkout. A perfect stay, can't wait to go back!

One night is too short. Save time to enjoy both the lovely, comfortable room and the local activities such as performances, cycling, and water sprts

Wonderful

Great central location, close to lots of great restaurants, and only a 15 minute walk to the beautiful Beibin Park. The hotel was very clean & comfortable. The breakfast was great! Something for everyone. We got a classic double room with a bath, and we also got a shower!

Good location and buffet breakfast

The hotel is located in the central of the city. Walking distance to the night market and any tourist spots. Breakfast is nice but not the best. Sleeping bed and pillow are super comfortable and the room is quite. Shower is descent.

I booked one family room online then wanted to book an extra day. However they told me that the same price of my room have run out on the second day and need to charge bit more for an advanced room. However, when we arrived, we asked if still possible to keep us in the same room for two days. They confirmed that it is available but won’t refund the price to us even though we have paid for extra money for the second day. How can we know the staff were not trying to play around the customers to get more profits from the tourists?
